Install the App
Click "Add to Slack" and authorize Newzlio for your workspace.
Choose a Channel
Select which channel should receive AI updates during setup.
Start Receiving Updates
That's it! Curated AI updates will be delivered to your channel.

How do I change the channel for updates?
Use the /newzlio settings command in any channel. A modal will open where you can select a new channel from the dropdown.
How often are updates posted?
We post updates regularly with a focus on quality over quantity. Expect 2-3 high-signal updates per week covering AI workflow tips, tool updates, and team spotlights.
Can I customize what types of updates I receive?
Currently, all workspaces receive our curated feed. We're working on topic preferences and customization options. Stay tuned!
What data does Newzlio access?
Newzlio only accesses what's necessary to function: your workspace ID, team name, and selected channel. We do not read your messages, access user profiles, or store any conversation data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I uninstall Newzlio?
Go to your Slack workspace settings → Manage apps → Newzlio → Remove App. All your data will be automatically deleted upon uninstallation.
Is Newzlio free?
Yes! Newzlio is currently free to use. We may introduce premium features in the future, but the core functionality will remain available at no cost.
Troubleshooting
Slash command not working?
Try these steps: (1) Ensure the app is still installed in your workspace, (2) Check if you have the necessary permissions to use apps, (3) Try the command again after a few seconds. If the issue persists, reinstall the app.
Not receiving updates?
Verify your channel configuration with /newzlio channel. Make sure the channel is public or that Newzlio has been invited to the private channel.
