Overview
Newzlio uses a limited number of third-party service providers ("sub-processors") to help deliver our service. These sub-processors may process certain data on our behalf as described below. We only share the minimum data necessary for each sub-processor to perform its function.
Our Commitments
- We only use sub-processors with appropriate security measures and compliance certifications
- We have data processing agreements in place with each sub-processor
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes
- We notify customers of any material changes to this list

Website →Purpose: Database hosting (PostgreSQL)
Data Processed: Workspace ID, team name, channel ID, encrypted bot tokens, delivery logs

Website →Purpose: Application hosting and compute
Data Processed: Request processing (no persistent storage of user data)

Data Processed: OAuth state during installation, website analytics

Sentry

Data Processed: Anonymized error context (no tokens or sensitive data)

Data Processed: Billing email, payment information (for paid plans only)

Changes to Sub-Processors
We may update our list of sub-processors from time to time. When we add new sub-processors that process personal data, we will update this page and note the date of the change. For material changes that may affect your data, we will provide advance notice where possible.
