Common Misconceptions About AI Adoption Phases

"We're Phase 4 because we use Copilot"

Reality: Tool usage ≠ adoption phase. Phase 4 is about systematic integration, measurement, and institutional knowledge. If only 30% of your team uses Copilot and it's not in onboarding, you're Phase 2-3.

"We can skip phases"
